Days 5-10 is here.

Days 11-15 is here.

Costco is carrying a sparkling wine advent calendar at their liquor stores which I recently purchased! Due to the fact I was super excited to try it and also that I wanted to review it on the blog I’ve already opened mine! The wine advent calendar costs $89.99 Canadian and includes 24 200ml bottles of sparkling wine. I definitely was disappointed it was all sparkling but I still thought it was a fun idea.

Okay so some people are probably going to think I’m a major party pooper right now by reviewing the Costco Christmas sparkling wine advent calendar days and taking the surprise element out of it. This is for the individuals who might be buying the advent calendar as a gift or are just curious about what to expect! SPOILER ALERT… if you don’t want to know which wines are on which day STOP READING NOW….

So the wines are listed on the box and they’re listed in order so day 1 is the first wine on the list and so on.

Day 16 Costco Wine Advent Calendar Veuve-Olivier Brut Chardonnay

My box says this is day 15 but it was actually in the day 16 slot in my box! Not sure if anyone else found that? Unfortunately, there are no Cheryl stories (my mom) in this review because social gatherings are banned here due to COVD. She was with my husband and me in spirit though! This was slightly buttery tasting, not sweet, not as bubbly so a bit flatter and had a dry finish. I loved this one! So easy to drink.

Day 17 Costco Wine Advent Calendar Brut Dargent Blanc de Blanc Chardonnay

Crisp, bubbly, not sweet, refreshing. Not too dry. Basically, just a nice sparkling wine to have.

Day 18 Costco Wine Advent Calendar Brut Dargent Pinot Noir

Dry, strong tasting! Tastes boozier than the others despite being only 11.5 percent alcohol. Overall this tastes okay. Not my favorite.

Day 19 Costco Wine Advent Calendar Brut Dargent Ice Chardonnay

Too sweet, syrupy tasting. More like an ice wine with bubbles. Very fruity and sweet. Maybe good for mimosas?

So this wine tasting took a brief intermission because I ended up completely shattering my champagne glass! My husband asked me how I ended up doing such a thing as we were cleaning up. Maybe because we had Christmas Moscow Mules before our tasting?

Stay tuned for days 20-24!
