These Costco bought apple sauce pouches are so fun, healthy and delicious for kids to bring to school or enjoy at home!
I’m reviewing something fun today that I think kids would absolutely love! The Costco GoGo Squeez organic apple sauce pouches! I wanted to try these because I’ve seen them at Costco for quite a while and have been curious about their taste and packaging.
Other fun foods for kids I’ve reviewed from Costco are the School Safe Birthday Cake Surprise Cookies, BomBombs Hot Chocolate Cocoa Bombs, MadeGood Red Velvet Mini Cookies, Kirkland Signature Cheese Buns, Olivia’s Cake Pops, Meiji Hello Panda Chocolate Cookies and the Kirkland Signature Soft & Chewy Granola Bars.
I found the box of GoGo Squeez pouches near the front of the store on the side by the jarred fruit and cases of non-dairy beverages. The item number is 1359955.
Taste
There’s four different flavors, apple-apple, apple-banana, apple-peach and apple-strawberry. My favorite is the apple-peach just because I love peach flavored anything but they’re all really good! The apple-banana is probably the sweetest tasting of the four and you can really taste the banana.
One thing I noticed straight away is that the GoGo Squeez pouches don’t taste very sugary or sweet you can tell they don’t have any added sugar.
There’s not too much to say about the taste of the apple sauce pouches because they basically taste like delicious and fresh unsweetened flavored apple sauce.
Cost
I paid $13.99 Canadian for the box of 24 pouches of apple sauce.
Convenience
Each apple sauce is 90 grams and there’s 24 in the box, six of each flavor. The GoGo Squeez apple sauce pouches are extremely convenient for school or if you’re on the go with kids.
These are squeezable and re-closeable and there’s really little chance of making a mess! The helicopter cap is easy to open and there’s a built in “straw” that you can squeeze the apple sauce through directly into your mouth to enjoy.
The packaging is BPA free.
On a hot day you can pop a pouch in the freezer to create a frozen apple sauce similar to a popsicle. The pouches can be enjoyed at high altitudes (like on an airplane) and are even airport security friendly.
The best before date listed on my box is about nine months from the date I purchased the GoGo Squeez from Costco.
Nutrition
Each pouch is 60 calories, zero point four grams of fat, 15 to 16 grams of carbohydrates, 12 to 13 grams of sugar and zero point three to zero point five grams of protein.
Those are some beautiful ingredients lists! All organic and all simple, fresh, healthy ingredients!

gogo squeeze apple
Personally prefer the Kirkland Signature Apple Sauce Pouches. They are made in Canada – I am not sure if GOGO Squeeze sold in Canada is made by the same MFT as the US (Materne) – my grand daughter loves the banana and strawberry – I”m boring plain apple .
I’ll have to try those!
