Today I’m reviewing this Food Trk Fusion Gochujang Unchained Glaze Sauce from Costco! I love trying food from food trucks so thought this glaze would be fun to try.
Taste
Gochujang is red chili paste that is slightly sweet, savory and a little spicy. This glaze is extremely flavor with a little heat and some sweet! Delicious. You can definitely taste the strong red chili flavor! I chose to make a stir fry with this and it turned out amazing with a bit of heat & sweet. You could also use this as a marinade or for dipping, making stir fry, on Asian-style tacos or even on chicken wings.
Cost
I paid $8.99 for the 790 ml bottle of sauce.
Convenience
An amazing stir-fry sauce that comes in an easy to squirt squeeze bottle! The best before date is over a year from the date we purchased it.
Nutrition
Two tablespoons of glaze is 30 calories, zero grams of fat, seven grams of carbohydrates, six grams of sugar, zero grams of protein and 340 mg of sodium. The ingredients list is pretty long but has typical ingredients I’d expect to see. 30 calories for two tablespoons isn’t that bad!
I could definitely see myself purchasing the Gochujang glaze again! It was really tasty and I can think of many ways to use it!
