Costco Cooper Street Granola Bakes Review

My almost three-year-old is usually pretty picky and rarely finishes an entire granola bar or snack in one sitting. However, when I gave her one of the Cooper Street Granola Bakes from Costco, she devoured it in no time! I had to find out what made them so irresistible, could they really be that good?

Location in Store

The granola bakes are located in the snack section at Costco, near the MadeGood Granola Bars and the Kirkland Signature Chewy Protein Bars. The item number is 4160032.

Taste

I really like the texture of the bars, they remind me of a chewy, soft oatmeal cookie. The granola bakes taste fresh and are sweet but not too sweet. The white chips are noticeable but don’t really taste like chocolate, just like a sweet, creamy, candy chip.

The thing I don’t like about these granola bakes is that they don’t taste like the flavors they’re supposed to be. The oatmeal cranberry tastes kind of like artificial grape to me and the blueberry pomegranate also had an odd artificial flavor. I find this odd because there are no artificial flavors listed.

Something I want to mention is that my toddler likes these and actually finished a whole granola bake, which she never ever does. If you have a picky toddler, maybe give these a try!

Cost

I paid $13.99 Canadian for the bakes and there are 18 bars in the bag which in my opinion is pretty reasonable!

Convenience

The bakes are individually packaged and tree nut/peanut free so they’re really easy to pack in a kid’s lunch or bring as a snack for after school sports/activities. The best before date on the bakes is about seven months from when I purchased them. The granola bakes are a product of the USA.

Give it a try!

My toddler will actually eat these so that’s saying something! As an adult, my favorite bars from Costco are the RX Protein Bars but I still think these are tasty.
