Bakery Street kindly sent me three flavors of their keto bites to try this past fall and I’ve already reviewed the brownie bites here so today I’m reviewing the almond keto bites. Sorry Canadian friends, these are only available in the US but if you’re in The United States you can find the almond keto bites in the Northeast!
Taste
These are soft, sweet and flavorful. There’s a definite STRONG almond flavor so you have to like almond to enjoy these! They’re like a soft cookie or dessert square, they’re nice and moist and are pretty enjoyable despite the fact I’m not on keto. The strong almond flavor I’m talking about is the same flavor as you find in almond extract, the flavor that almost tastes like cherry in a way. These also almost have a coconut flavor to them but there’s no coconut in them!
Cost
The 510 gram container retails for $8.99 USD.
Convenience
These freeze perfectly and are great straight out of the freezer (even without letting them defrost). They’re great for dessert or a sweet treat are are awesome for those individuals following a keto diet.
Nutrition
The ingredients list is short and straight forward. Four bites is 150 calories, 12 grams of fat, 75 mg of sodium, four grams of fibre, 14 grams of carbohydrates, three grams of sugar and five grams of protein.
These honestly are pretty tasty for a keto treat, I like that they’re not a bar and seem more like a dessert square or muffin.

Hi Dorie! I suggest contacting Bakery Street and ask if there’s another grocery store near you that carries them.
