Are you on a keto diet and searching for new snacks to curb your sweet tooth? Costco is carrying the Ozery Family Bakery Seedwise Super Seed Crunch Keto Clusters. The clusters are certified keto and are gluten-free and peanut-free. Could these be the next favorite Costco snack for anyone on keto?
I’m not on a keto diet, but by running this blog I have tried a ton of keto products, pretty much all the keto products Costco carries! These Costco Seedwise Super Seed Crunch Keto Clusters are the newest keto product from Costco I’m trying!
Other keto products from Costco I’ve reviewed are the Costco Orowheat Keto Tortillas, Costco No Sugar Company Keto Keto Scream Barz, Costco innofoods Keto Granola, Costco Moon Cheese, Costco Highkey Mini Cookies, Costco Keto Izza and the Costco No Sugar Company Keto Bars.
Location in Store
You can find these keto clusters in the bakery section, the item number is 1530632.
Taste
These seed clusters are very dry and crunchy. They have a fairly nice but mild chocolate flavor. I don’t find any really any notable flavors from the seeds. They do have a bit of that kind of hollowness or missing sweetness that I find most chocolate keto products have, but it’s not too bad.
They’re not addictive like some snacks and just a few fill you up pretty fast. They also don’t leave you feeling heavy or like you’ve had too much sugar!
Cost
The 850 gram container costs $11.99 Canadian at Costco which isn’t really expensive for a keto product and there’s quite a few clusters in one bin.
Convenience
The plastic bin the keto clusters come in is resealable and the best before date is about three months from the date I purchased them at Costco.
Keto snacks like this are great to curb a sweet tooth, have for dessert or just bring along to work or outings for a quick pick-me-up! If you’re not going to use your clusters before they expire you can easily pop the container in the freezer to maintain freshness.
Nutrition
Calories
A 28 gram or one third of a cup serving of clusters is 150 calories, 11 grams of fat, eight grams of carbohydrates, six grams of fibre, two grams of sugar, six grams of protein and 50 mg of sodium. This is high in fibre and fat and low in carbohydrates.
Ingredients
The Costco Seedwise Keto Clusters are full of healthy fats! The ingredients list is pretty short and sweet with ingredients I would expect to see. The keto clusters may contain sesame seeds and are also made in a factory that processes wheat so if you’re really gluten-sensitive you might want to be aware of that. They’re free from tree nuts, dairy, eggs, grains, GMOs, soy and peanuts.
Scoring
Taste: 7/10 as a non-keto person, but I think keto followers will probably rate them higher.
Cost: 8.5/10
Convenience: 10/10
Nutrition: 8/10
Overall
Give it a try!
These seed clusters are tastier than I expected and grew on me a bit as I had more bites. I could see a person on a keto diet loving this crunchy, chocolatey snack.
Would you buy these? Why or why not?

That makes more sense!
bought some, seedwise clusters, yesterday (Oct 23 ) at Costco in Calgary, they were $12.99 a box. They have stopped selling the double chocolate Keto muffins and was wondering if any one knows if they may be re-stocked later ???
First few bites I was like, meh… but then sure enough they grew on me, and I found I truly appreciated they were not sickeningly sweet. At only 2 net carbs after the fiber, they’re worth a try. The chia gave me a bit of gut disturbance though.
Checked with Costco and it’s discontinued? Really like those 🙁
That’s pretty common with Costco!
Picked them up last week… So not sure why they would be considered “discontinued”.
Review is spot on with respect to the comments about health and sweetness. Great crunchy snacking option without sugar overload.
These are my favourite go-to treat. It pains me that they seem to come and go at the Costco stores in the Montreal area. Can’t find them again!
Very common with Costco!
I bought these recently, too. Paint me surprised – my first bite said ‘dry and not sweet’ as well but in reality, that lack of sweetness yet that chocolate punch is enough. They grew on me in short order. I find many of the keto bars/cookies/treats are ridiculously sweet but these hit the spot. The chocolate taste reminds me of bland powdered hot chocolate mix and not the tingly sweet you often get with sugar substitutes. No regrets buying this but I doubt I will buy again.
