Gluten-free, dairy-free, plant-based, organic and addictive Costco granola!
Today I’m reviewing the Costco Prana Granolove Oatmeal Cookie Crunch granola! I am a granola fanatic so as soon as I saw this granola I had to try it because I’ve tried basically every granola Costco offers.
Other granolo Costco carries are the innofoods Keto Granola, Nature’s Path Organic Pumpkin Seed and Flax Granola, Nature’s Path Organic Coconut & Cashew Butter Granola and the Kirkland Signature Nature’s Path Ancient Grains Granola.
Location in Store
You can find this granola in the cereal and jam aisle at Costco, near the other granola and boxed cereal. The item number is 1586958.
Taste
I am officially addicted to this granola! My bag is almost gone. It tastes like I’m eating a crushed oatmeal cookie. This granola has pumpkin seeds and coconut but does not have any nuts or dried fruit in it.
There’s a slight hint of cinnamon flavor and the granola is definitely sweet but not too sweet. The texture is really crunchy with some medium clusters and small clusters. There’s not too many large clusters of granola (which are my favorite). I don’t really taste the flavor of the pumpkin seeds or coconut but I still love this granola.
Cost
The granola costs $9.99 Canadian for the 907 gram bag, which is reasonable. A bag half the size at the grocery store is over $5.
Convenience
The best before date is about 11 months from the date I purchased the granola, the bag reseals which I appreciate because it helps keep the granola fresh. It’s a really versatile granola, you can enjoy it alone by the handful like I do, have it with yogurt, top a smoothie with it or enjoy it with some fruit.
Nutrition
Calories
for a 1/2 cup serving there are 260 calories, 14 grams of fat, 31 grams of carbohydrates, six grams of fibre, eight grams of sugar, six grams of protein and 95 mg of sodium. That’s a decent amount of protein! The carbohydrates are a bit high as well as the calories and fat but the sugar isn’t too bad. Limiting your serving size will prevent from going over in calories, sugar and fat.
Ingredients
The ingredients list indicates this is gluten-free as well as dairy free and organic. All of the ingredients are ones I would expect to find in a store bought granola.

Overall
Give it a try!
If you love granola like I do and also love the flavor of oatmeal cookies, try this granola, I think you’ll find it addictive!
