Costco gluten-free Christmas cookies available for the holiday season!
If you’re looking for gluten-free cookies from Costco for the Christmas season, this review is for you. Today I’m reviewing the Costco Di Manno Soft Amaretti Almond Cookies! These are made with almond flour instead of wheat flour so they’re gluten-free!
Other cookies from Costco are the Kelsen Danish Butter Cookies, Kirkland Signature Raspberry Crumble Cookies, Kirkland Signature European Cookies and the Kirkland Signature Ginger Cookies.
Costco also carries gluten-free cookie mix, the Joy Life Gluten-Free Chocolate Chunk Premium Cookie Mix.

Taste
These are a simple, soft almond cookie! They’re slightly crisp on the edges and soft in the middle. You can’t tell they’re gluten-free by the taste.
There’s a strong almond flavor so if you enjoy almond, these are perfect for you! They also have a light dusting of icing sugar on the cookies to add a hint of extra sweetness that they don’t really need because they’re already so sweet!
These aren’t the most exciting cookies but if you’re looking for a decent gluten-free cookies from Costco for Christmas to offer gluten-free or celiac guests, I think they’d enjoy them.
Cost
I paid $13.99 Canadian for the box of 15 soft amaretti almond gluten-free cookies.
Convenience
The cookies have a best before date of a week from the date we purchased them. They freeze really well so I recommend freezing them if you won’t be eating them by the best before date.
Even if you’re not gluten-free it might be a good idea to pick up a box of these for the holiday season if you have a guest over who’s gluten-free!

One cookie is 100 calories, two grams of fat, 19 grams of carbohydrates, one gram of fibre, 18 grams of sugar, two grams of protein and 10 mg of sodium. The calories and fat are not very high but the sugar is very high for one cookie! If you’re diabetic you might want to take note of how much sugar these have.
Ingredients
It’s not often you find store-bought cookies without a huge list of ingredients! There’s only a few simple ingredients and no chemicals or additives in these cookies which I really appreciate. I’m a bit disappointed that they may contain wheat as individuals with celiac usually can’t risk being exposed to wheat.
