Costco mini quiche make a quick, convenient and tasty appetizer or snack!
Today I’m reviewing the Costco Cuisine Adventures Mini Quiche! These have been around at Costco for years but I’ve never picked them up before because Sean is not a huge quiche fan. I finally convinced him to let me try them.
Similar frozen appetizers from Costco are the Kirkland Signature Panko Breaded Shrimp, El Monterey Chicken & Cheese Taquitos, TGI Fridays Loaded Potato Skins, Bibigo Steamed Dumplings and the Pierre Signatures Angus Beef Sliders.
Location in Store
You can find the Costco Cuisine Adventures Mini Quiche in the freezer section at Costco, near the other frozen appetizers. The item number is 2053121. The same company also carries frozen rolled tacos and French onion soup.
Taste
There’s four different kinds of mini quiche in the box. Three cheese, veggies, spinach and sautéed onions and swiss cheese and bacon.
Three Cheese – Has no crust. It’s very light and very cheesy. You mainly taste cheddar cheese. It’s like a mini cheese frittata or very cheesy scrambled eggs. The outside has a bit of a crust from the egg but it isn’t overly crisp.
Veggies – This one has no crust. It’s texture is similar to the Three Cheese. Again, there’s a bit of a crust on the egg from it being cooked, but it’s more soft than crisp. This has a strong but pleasant veggie flavor, it’s hard to identify any specific vegetable based on the flavor. It tastes like a veggie frittata or omelet.
Spinach & Sautéed Onions – It has a crust. The flavor of the crust overpowers the filling to some degree because it has parmesan in it. You can really taste the parmesan in the crust. The crust is also quite flaky and buttery-tasting, though not very crisp. I can taste the spinach and onion in the filling when I taste the filling alone, but it is hard to taste through the crust (especially the parmesan).
Swiss Cheese & Bacon – It has a crust. I think the crust is the same as the Spinach & Sautéed Onions quiche crust, but here the flavor of the filling is stronger. The flavor of the bacon dominates, which is a good thing. Personally I’m not a fan of Swiss cheese, but I barely noticed the flavor of the cheese. It was very mild.
Cost
I found the mini quiche on sale for $11.99 which is four dollars off the regular price of $15.99 Canadian. The price is reasonable for the 60 mini quiche.
Convenience
You can microwave or bake the mini quiche. I baked mine but I think these would also work in an air-fryer. I baked them for 16 minutes at 375 degrees farenheit on a cookie tray with some parchment paper.
The best before date on the box is about a year from the date I purchased the quiche. The quiche needs to be kept in the freezer. Each flavor of quiche comes packaged separately in a tray with plastic wrap.
These mini quiche are perfectfor any kind of holiday party or get together, they’re awesome for football Sunday or just to enjoy when you’re feeling like a snack or appetizer!

The nutrition facts vary depending on the flavor of quiche. The Swiss Cheese & Bacon and the Spinach & Sauteed Onions have the most amount of calories, fat, sodium and carbohydrates.
Ingredients
The ingredients list isn’t actually all that bad! Lots of ingredients you’d expect to find in quiche like eggs, milk, cheese, wheat. The Three Cheese and Veggies variety don’t have a crust so if you’re gluten-free you may be able to eat these ones.

They’re usually always available around Christmas

Why aren’t you selling the Cuisine Adventure mini quiche 72 two flavors??? I use to buy them on a regular basis!
Why are you no longer selling the 2-flavor mini Quiche? I would buy them twice per month and are they are enjoyed by everyone in our home. So sad to find an item that makes life happier and – it is no longer available for purchase.
