Costco Panaji Original Naan Minis Review

Scrumptious Costco naan minis that are great alone, good for dipping and make awesome mini pizzas!

Today I’m reviewing the Costco Panaji Original Naan Minis. I spotted these cute naan minis during a recent trip to Costco and picked them up to review.

Other naan I’ve reviewed from Costco is the Byblos Tandori Naan Bread and the Bakestone Brother’s Authentic Garlic Naan.

Taste

I really enjoy these mini naans from Costco! They’re extremely fresh tasting, light and fluffy. I tried the naan without any additional dip or toppings and just by themselves they’re quite flavorful.

The Panaji Naan Minis have a slight buttery, salty flavor and would pair well with various dips and sauces. I know that some people like to use these mini naans to make little pizzas which I think would taste amazing!

Cost

These Costco naan minis cost $6.69 Canadian for the one kg bag. There’s two separate 500 gram bags of mini naans inside the big one kg bag.

Convenience

Like I said, I loved these just by themselves without any dip or toppings. You can definitely use these in a ton of different ways! I would serve them with hummus or the Costco La Terra Fina Queso Dip with Cheddar.

They’d be wonderful as a side for soup or salad and I know some individuals who have made mini pizzas with them! You could also brush them with additional butter or garlic and heat the naans in the oven, microwave or fry pan.

The best before date on the Costco mini naans is almost two weeks from the date I purchased them, they also freeze really well. I like that there’s two smaller bags inside the big bag and smaller bags are resealable which helps keep them fresh.

Five naan minis is 150 calories, three grams of fat, 26 grams of carbohydrates, one gram of fibre, three grams of sugar, five grams of protein and 200 mg of sodium. That’s not bad for five naan minis!

Ingredients

These are not gluten-free, dairy-free, or soy-free but they are egg-free. The ingredients list is pretty straight forward and what I’d expect to see listed for naan bread from a grocery store.

I think kids would absolutely love these naan minis from Costco! They freeze well and are great to have as a side with soup, salad or butter chicken.
