How To Throw A Costco Food Party! Costco Food Ideas

Not only convenient but a great way to save money!

Sean and I had both sets of parents over for Father’s Day! I did most of the work because Sean was writing an exam he’s been studying hard for in the last 6 months, go Sean! Due to Sean being at an exam all day that meant I needed to plan a relatively easy and tasty meal that wasn’t prepared on the barbecue. Using the barbecue is the one thing I don’t do; I don’t how to use it, and I’m going to keep it that way! To make the dinner easy and not overly expensive I served everything from Costco! I decided to make pulled pork in the slow cooker using a Costco Kirkland Signature Pork Loin Centre. I used the whole tenderloin and it was only $20 Canadian, served 7 adults dinner for the party and Sean and I had two extra massive meals of leftovers. Pulled pork is amazing because you can set it and forget it. I served the pulled pork on the Costco Kirkland Signature Artisan Burger Buns. I made the Cavendish Flavourcrisp Crispy Straight Cut Fries for a side as well as served the Costco Kirkland Signature Caesar Salad and the Costco Mediterranean Pasta Salad. I made my Dad’s recipe for Cadillac Margaritas using the Costco Kirkland Signature Margarita Mix and also served the Costco Kirkland Signature Honey Mustard Snack Mix, Costco Kirkland Signature Kettle Brand Himalayan Salt Krinkle Cut Chips and Costco Food Should Taste Good Guacomole Tortilla Chips.
