Finding grain-free granolas and sweet snacks can be challenging, but Ozery Bakery Seedwise Clusters make it easy. Free from all major allergens, they’re the perfect solution for satisfying your sweet cravings. Packed with a nutritious blend of sunflower, chia, flax, and pumpkin seeds, these clusters are a great source of healthy fats and fiber.
Location in Store
I found these in the bakery section at Costco, near the non-Kirkland Signature packages bakery items like the Aussie Bites and the Bobo’s Oat Bites. The item number is 1838541.
Taste
The texture of the clusters is very crunchy and dry, they’re not sticky or chewy. I like that the flavor has a distinct, nice caramel flavor and you definitely notice the saltiness. They really do taste like salted caramel and are pretty tasty.
They’re not too sweet and I think the flavor is more salty than sweet, they still have some sweetness though! Overall, these taste similar to granola. They’re kind of like a dry, salted caramel flavored granola and are pretty addictive. I wish they were a bit less dry but they’re still really good.
Cost
The 850-gram box comes with four bags of clusters and costs $13.49 Canadian which is pretty reasonable considering these are full of healthy seeds.
Convenience
The best before date is about three months from when I purchased them. The four bags in the box don’t reseal so once they’re opened, I would use a clothes pin or elastic to seal them.
The seed clusters can be enjoyed on their own as a snack or you could also combine them with some yogurt. They’re peanut-free which also means they’re school safe!
Nutrition
Calories
A 30-gram or 1/3 cup serving of clusters contains 150 calories, 12 grams of fat, nine grams of carbohydrates, seven grams of fibre, two grams of sugar, five grams of protein and 150 milligrams of sodium. That’s not bad for a 1/3 cup serving but the problem is it’s really easy eat a much larger serving! I love how much fiber there is in the clusters and the fat is coming from the seeds so it’s healthy fats you’re consuming.
Ingredients
The ingredients list is short and sweet with seeds being the main ingredient along with sugar, sea salt, caramel flavor and interestingly rosemary extract! The clusters are gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free and peanut-free!

Overall
