Are you someone who enjoys having a dip with your fries? Or are you looking for a flavorful, zesty aioli for your burger, sandwich or tacos? The versatile Costco Culinary Treasures Aioli might be what you’re searching for!
Location in Store
This comes in a two-pack and the aioli is located in the condiment section at Costco, near the ketchup and barbecue sauce. The item number is 1633066.
Taste
There are two flavors of aioli in the pack, chipotle and jalapeno lime. I personally like the jalapeno lime a lot more than the chipotle but my husband likes both equally.
Jalapeno Lime
I was a bit unsure if I’d like it because I don’t love spicy dips and this has jalapeno in it but it’s not all too spicy. It’s got just a bit of heat that’s more of an aftertaste. Although this is a jalapeno lime aioli I don’t taste any lime flavor so I find the jalapeno lime name a bit misleading.
I tried the aioli with sweet potato fries and it was a really nice combination, the creamy aioli with a bit of heat tones down the sweetness. Overall the little bit of spice coming from the jalapenos is the main flavor on top of the cooling and creamy garlic aioli flavor. I can easily eat a ton of this!
Chipotle
I like this aioli too, it’s hot, spicy and smoky! Super flavorful and extremely versatile. I usually am not a fan of spicy food but I didn’t find this too hot and didn’t mind the extra heat in this, It pairs well with mild sweetness coming from the roasted chili peppers.
The dip is creamy, smooth and you only need a little bit to get a burst of flavor. I prefer this over the roasted garlic aioli that I reviewed in the past. My husband really like uses this on pulled pork sandwiches.
Cost
Each aioli is 750 milliliters and the two-pack costs $9.99 Canadian which in my opinion is extremely reasonable. One bottle lasts us quite a while.
Convenience
The aioli comes in an easy to squeeze bottle and needs to be kept refrigerated once opened and has a best before date that’s about 10 months from when I purchased it. The bottle states not to freeze the aioli.
The aioli is great for sandwiches, wraps, tacos and as a dip for fries, even my toddler enjoys this aioli on sweet potato fries!

Ingredients
Jalapeno Lime
The ingredients list actually has jalapeno peppers as well as lime in it so I think that’s pretty good! The aioli is dairy and gluten-free and contains eggs. I wish the oil used was a bit healthier like a extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil instead of vegetable oil.
Chipotle
I wish the oil used was a bit healthier like a extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil instead of vegetable oil. The chipotle flavor contains eggs and mustard and is also gluten-free and dairy-free.

I’m giving this a must buy because we always keep it in our house and enjoy it on fries, sandwiches etc.
FAQ
Yes! Costco used to carry a roasted garlic & chili aioli from the same company but they no longer carry it. I didn’t like the roasted garlic & chili flavor as much as I like the chipotle and jalapeno lime.
There are 100 calories in each tablespoon of aioli.
So many things! Pizza, tacos, sandwiches, fries, as a veggie dip.
