Do you love picking up a Starbucks breakfast wrap but dislike having to drive to get it or the high cost? Now you can enjoy a Starbucks Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap dupe in the comfort of your own home without paying as much! These Costco Eat-In Spinach, Feta & Sun-Dried Tomato Wraps have the same nutrition facts and all the same ingredients as the Starbucks ones, but do they taste anywhere near as good?
There’s no shortage of bakery and frozen breakfast products at Costco! I’ve reviewed quite a few like the Kirkland Signature Breakfast Sandwich, Au Pain Dore Croissants, Costco Jimmy Dean Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Croissant Sandwich, Eat-In Breakfast Sandwiches, Veggies Made Great Spinach, Egg White Frittatas, El Monterey Breakfast Wraps and the Spudlers Breakfast Hash.
Location in Store
These wraps are located in the freezer aisle at Costco, the item number is 1813286.
Taste
These aren’t as good as the Starbucks Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap but they do taste similar and aren’t terrible! The wraps are a little bit bready, they’re pretty thick and there’s a higher ratio of bread to filling than I’d ideally like.
Aside from the wrap, the main flavor I notice is sundried tomato, it’s a strong sundried tomato flavor that’s enjoyable but it has a bit of heat to it that almost tastes spicy.
The egg part is fine but not very flavorful but eating a piece of egg on its own it doesn’t taste like much. There’s a lot of wilted mushy spinach and feta in the wraps but the flavor gets dominated by the sundried tomato so you don’t really taste the feta and the spinach being wilted and a bit mushy didn’t bother me!
Cost
The 990-gram bag contains six 165-gram breakfast wraps and costs $21.49 Canadian which is pretty expensive but it’s cheaper than buying a wrap from Starbucks!
Convenience
The wraps can be microwaved, heated in an air fryer or in a frying pan. To prevent the wrap from being soft/soggy I recommend the air fryer or frying pan but I also know that’s not realistic when you’re short on time.
The best before date is about ten months from when I purchased them and the wraps need to be kept frozen. Each wrap is individually wrapped so they’re very portable and convenient.
Nutrition
Calories
One wrap contains 290 calories, eight grams of fat, 34 grams of carbohydrates, six grams of fibre, four grams of sugar, 21 grams of protein and 780 milligrams of sodium.
For comparison purposes the Starbucks Spinach, Feta and Egg White wrap contains 290 calories, eight grams of fat, 840 milligrams of sodium, 34 grams of carbohydrates, three grams of fiber, five grams of sugar and 20 grams of protein. The nutrition facts for the Starbucks wraps are extremely similar to the Eat-In wraps.
Ingredients
The ingredients has pretty much everything I expected to see for a processed, frozen breakfast wrap. I don’t love seeing a few ingredients like soy protein, canola oil, sugar, soybean oil and whey protein isolate. However, these ingredients are typical for convenient, packaged foods.
The wraps contain barley, egg, milk, oats, sesame, soy, sulphites and wheat.

Overall
Give it a try!
Although these wraps have the same nutrition value and appearance as the Starbucks Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap they’re not as tasty. They aren’t bad though and make a quick and easy, hearty breakfast!

Wow so you’re one of those people that return food because you didn’t like it. That’s the risk you take when you buy something
I was so thrilled to see frozen egg white wraps at Costco that I didn’t read the ingredient list, which, in hindsight, was a mistake. I bought these wraps yesterday and tried one for the first time this morning. I nuked mine for a quick breakfast. I agree with your description of the taste. I think they’re good…but not as good as restaurant wraps. The inside ingredients are a bit too paltry for the size of the wrap. For me, however, the issue is that I didn’t realize that the wraps contain chili peppers. I’m one of those unfortunate people who cannot handle much spicy-heat. Even black pepper can be hard for me to bear. So, I returned my remaining wraps for a refund. I’m crossing my fingers and hoping that “Eat-In” will make a *mild* version, meaning no (zero) chili peppers.
